About the Position
A motor vehicle mechatronics technician specializing in systems and high-voltage technology works on the electrical systems of machines, vehicles, and equipment that operate using high-voltage technology. The profession combines electrical engineering, diagnostic technology, safety regulations, and modern control systems. The goal is to safely maintain electrical systems, detect faults, perform repairs, and ensure the operational readiness of the machinery.
Your Key Responsibilities—Here's What to Expect
- Maintenance and repair of high-voltage systems, conducting regular inspections, replacing components, and performing professional repairs
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical systems using modern measurement and diagnostic systems.
- Working safely on high-voltage systems in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, including isolating, measuring, and securing
- Preparing and interpreting technical documentation; working with circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
- Assisting with the retrofitting and integration of new electrical components into machines and vehicles
- Customer service and training in the operation, safety, and maintenance of electrical systems

- Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally with certification as a qualified electrician for high-voltage systems
- Technical understanding and an interest in modern electrical engineering
- Precise and meticulous work style
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to work safely in accordance with safety regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to pursue further training in high-voltage technology
