About the Position
An agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician works on high-performance machines used in agriculture, construction, and industry. The profession combines mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and modern diagnostic technology. The goal is to keep machines operational, identify faults, perform repairs, and ensure they remain ready for use.
Our clients are large companies in the fields of hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, and specialized underground construction—so the technology you’ll be working on is correspondingly sophisticated and high-quality.
Areas of Practice
- Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, regular inspections, replacement of wear parts, repairs to engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic components
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting using modern diagnostic systems, and professional resolution of technical problems
- Assembly and retrofitting: Setting up, adapting, and optimizing machines and attachments
- Preparing and interpreting technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, and sketches
- Customer service and training in operation, safety, and maintenance
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing rental fleet equipment and customer machines
- Work on cranes, cable excavators, telescopic excavators, telescopic forklifts, and numerous attachments
Requirements for Skilled Workers
- Technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics
- Precise and meticulous work habits
- Manual dexterity and confidence in using tools
- Physical stamina and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to work with modern technology
- Training and continuing education provided by the manufacturer
