The aim of the programme for qualified training in the network is to enable young people to receive in-company training in Brandenburg companies. In order to increase the attractiveness of dual education and thus ensure an efficient training system, the state therefore supports measures that serve to strengthen the willingness of companies to provide training and improve the quality of training at the company as a place of learning. The qualified improvement of the training system is intended to prevent premature drop-outs. The state of Brandenburg is providing funding on the basis of the "Programme for Qualified Training in the Networked System" (PAV) in the EU funding period 2021 - 2027.
Funding is provided in the following areas:
General composite training
Implementation of training phases at a partner of the company concluding the training contract, as well as the provision of additional qualifications and the organisation of subject-specific training courses to prepare for examinations.
